These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Babu88 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Babu88 platform — including the website, mobile app, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by them.

If you are using Babu88 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered players, visitors, and anyone who accesses any part of the Babu88 service.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and Babu88.

To register and use Babu88, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Babu88 does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

Babu88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, all winnings will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed. We take age verification seriously and use it to protect young people from harm.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on Babu88. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are not allowed. If duplicate accounts are detected, Babu88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or historical winnings.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Babu88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All transactions on Babu88 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your account balance following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In most cases, deposits are processed instantly, though delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside Babu88's control.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Finance / Wallet section of your account.
• Babu88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — such as a copy of your national ID or a screenshot of your mobile banking account — before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.

Babu88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control. We recommend checking with your provider before initiating a transaction.

If a deposit is made in error or a transaction is disputed, contact support as soon as possible. Babu88 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension.

Babu88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the Promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General bonus rules that apply across all Babu88 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from your real-money balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion's detail page.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk betting strategies — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Babu88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.

All bets placed on Babu88 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event. These rules are available within each game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

The following general betting rules apply across the platform:

• A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the Babu88 system and a confirmation message is displayed. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues are not valid.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Babu88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, Babu88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• Babu88 reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any account at its discretion, including restricting maximum stake amounts or the number of bets that can be placed on a given market.

For live in-play betting, please note that connection delays may affect the timing of bet acceptance. Babu88 is not responsible for bets that are not accepted due to connection issues on the player's side.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Babu88 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event, casino game, or other wagerable event.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Sharing account access with other individuals or allowing others to place bets on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Babu88 staff or other players.

Babu88 uses a combination of automated monitoring and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. If you believe another player is engaging in prohibited conduct, please report it to our support team.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Babu88 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited.

Babu88 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of technical errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Babu88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
